The basement foundations had 15 No. 250mm diameter piles to support the new building. Our careful attention to detail and expertise in excavation techniques resulted in a seamless integration of the new space into the hotel’s architecture.
Tannery Drift, Royston
We are delighted to present our noteworthy project involving an archaeological dig in London. Our team skilfully drilled 8 No. 250mm diameter holes, reaching a depth of 15m, to facilitate the exploration and excavation of historical artefacts. Our expertise in drilling techniques and commitment to precision allowed for meticulous investigation while preserving the integrity of the site.
Bells Hill, Barnet
Constructed 20 No. 250mm diameter piled foundations, supported by 450mm square ground beams, for a new house. Piling was essential to counteract potential heave caused by nearby trees.
Newlands Avenue, Radlett
This project required foundation construction and heave protection techniques to ensure the long-term stability against tree root action. Our team successfully constructed 600mm square ground beams with heave protection, supported by 30 No. 350mm diameter piles. This approach ensured a solid foundation, safeguarding the structure against potential ground movement.
Tindall Street, SW9
Our client wanted to build a new extention to their home. Lenihan Piling constructed 450mm square ground beams, supported by 8 No. 250mm diameter piles. The in ground beam construction resulted in a seamless integration of the extension with the existing structure. Our careful approach provided a solid foundation for the extension, ensuring structural stability and durability.
